If you have experienced re-entry then I’m sure you will really be able to appreciate some of the ideas in this article. I don’t know about you but change and re-entry have always been incredibly difficult for me. Having other people put words to what we’ve experienced and felt can often be reassuring and helpful.

I’ve been so fascinated by the topic of happiness for the past few years. So, anytime that I find a new article on the subject I just have to read it. In the U.S. society teaches us at an early age that in order to be happy we need to be successful. Then, when we achieve some degree of ‘success’ we’re often left confused as to why we are not happy? I think that it’s important to debunk many of the inaccuracies we’ve been taught surrounding happiness. This article is a great place to start.

Favorite new business book: Will it Fly by Pat Flynn
Will It Fly is a great book whether you are an entrepreneur or not. If you’re familiar with Pat Flynn then you already know that he is one of the most highly regarded people in the podcasting world. His new book is full of great exercises, stories, and processes to think through and implement your own ideas. Overall, it’s a great read and I would highly recommend it!
